Product Description
Cone palms include TCI and steel tooth palms for rock reamer. It can be used in various hardness formations.
1. The bearing adopts high-precision radial sliding and two-pass thrust bearings. The surface of the tooth palm bearing is overlaid with a hard alloy layer, and the tooth wheel bearing is plated with silver after welding the anti-wear alloy, thus improving the bearing capacity and anti-seizure ability.
2. High precision metal seal and special seal. The metal seal consists of a pair of carefully designed and processed metal seal rings as the axial dynamic seal of the bearing. Two highly elastic rubber energy supply rings are respectively located in the palm and cone sealing areas as static seals. The optimized seal compression ensures that the sealing surfaces of the two metal rings always maintain good contact.
3. Steel ball locking cone, adapt to high speed.
4. The use of an all-rubber oil reservoir that can adjust the pressure difference and prevent drilling fluid from entering the lubrication system provides a good lubrication guarantee for the bearing system.
5. The use of 250°C high temperature, anti-wear new grease.
6. The insert bit adopts high toughness carbide teeth, and the optimized design of tooth row, tooth number, tooth height and unique alloy tooth shape give full play to the high wear resistance and excellent cutting ability of the insert bit. The new wear-resistant material is applied to the tooth surface of the steel tooth drill, which improves the life of the cutting teeth of the drill while maintaining the high mechanical drilling speed of the steel tooth drill.
